Will accessories designed for the standard Moto G17 also fit my Moto G17 Power?

No, they don’t. As the Moto G17 Power has a significantly larger battery, it is also slightly thicker (8.8 mm) than the standard model. All products on this page are precision-moulded for the Power version, ensuring a fit that’s perfect down to the millimetre.

Do I need to remove the case to charge the phone?

Absolutely not. All covers and cases have precise cut-outs around the bottom port, so you can easily connect your 30W fast charger whilst the cover is fitted.

Does a screen protector affect the fingerprint reader?

No. On the Motorola Moto G17 Power, the fingerprint reader is integrated into the power button on the side of the phone, not under the glass on the front. A tempered glass screen protector provides maximum protection for your display without interfering with your biometric login at all.

Can I attach the phone to a magnetic car mount whilst it’s in a cover?

Many of our covers can be fitted with, or already have, a built-in magnetic ring on the back (also known as magnetically compatible covers). This allows them to attach extremely securely to magnetic car mounts. Please note, however, that the Moto G17 Power does not have built-in support for wireless charging – the magnetic function is solely for convenient and secure mounting.
