How do I change the strap on my Garmin Venu 4?

On the back of the strap, where it attaches to the case, you’ll find a small metal lever. Push the lever inwards to release the pin and remove the strap. To fit the new one, do the opposite: hook one end of the pin into the watch, push the lever inwards, and click the other end into place.

Can I swim with any watch strap?
