Prices
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of ordering. All shown prices are including 20% UK VAT.

Payment
Payments are made securely through a third party secure payment gateway. The transaction is processed directly at the secured and encrypted side of our banking connection. Lux-Case does not view or store any credit card information entered.

Right to complaint
According to EU consumer laws, Lux-Case gives you 6 month to complain about manufacturing errors noted by normal use of the product. This right doesn’t cover defects or damages directly or indirectly made as a result of incorrect use, lack of maintenance, violence or unauthorized operations. Complaints about defects and flaws that should be noticed when using the product should be informed right away. You may be asked to demonstrate how the error is shown. The item can thereafter be returned for repairs, exchange or credit when agreed to. In cases of complaints the shipping costs will be refunded when reasonable. Lux-Case doesn’t cover defects on connected equipment and/or indirect losses such as lost earnings, operating losses, data losses, installation costs etc. In case a complaint turns out to be unfounded or the defect isn’t covered by the right to complaint, inspection fee and shipping costs will be invoiced.

Reservations
Lux-Case makes reservations on misprints / typing errors, sold out products, price- or exchange changes, as well as changes to the products specifications. Lux-Case reserves right to change and update the rules and conditions applies to this site.

This personal data is passed on to the postal service so that they can send your shipment to your home The personal data is registered with WePack AB and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
