Shipping and returns
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are sent with PostNord and delivered by Royal Mail.
Shipping costs will emerge clearly when ordering and on the invoice.
Normal time of delivery is 3-7 business days.
If delivery for some reason is delayed you will always be notified about it via email. In case of sold-out items, you will be notified straight away, and your payment will be refunded by Lux-Case UK.
Returns
To return a product, the following 2 requirements must be met:
1. The product has to be in its original state. This means that the product cannot be damaged in any way or have any signs of having been used. Note, however, that you always have the right to open the wrapping or carton of a product to feel and test it before you decide if you want to start using it, or if you want to return it for a refund or exchange.
2. To return, you need to contact our support within 30 days to let us know, then follow our return guide - which you can find here. Our email is: support@lux-case.co.uk, and our goal is to respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
When contacting us, please state if you're returning for a refund or an exchange, for faster processing.
