Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Delivery is carried out by the Swedish and Danish Postal Service.
Shipping costs will emerge clearly when ordering and from the invoice.

Normal time of delivery is 3-7 businessdays.

If delivery for some reason is delayed you will always be notified about it via email. In case of sold out items you will be notified straight away and your payment will be refunded by Lux-Case UK.

Returns:

To return a product the following 2 simple requirements must be met:

1. The product has to be in its original state. This means that the product cannot be damaged in any way or have any signs of having been used. Note, however, that you always have the right to open the wrapping or carton of a product to feel and test it before you decide if you want to start using it - or if you want to return it for a refund or exchange.

2. In order to return, you need to contact our support within 30 days for further instructions.

When contacting us, please state if you're returning for a refund, or an exchange, for faster processing.

Do not return any products on your own initiative.
